Building strength, stability, and independence through shelter
______

Own a home with an affordable mortgage

Grants Pass Area Habitat for Humanity partners with individuals and families to build a place to call home.

As a Habitat Homebuyer, you can purchase a low-interest mortgage and affordable monthly payments. Our staff, Family Selection Committee, and Family Support Committee work with Habitat Homebuyers to ensure they are financially ready for homeownership, as well as equipped with important information about home maintenance, insurance, taxes, and more.

Through our homeownership program, you will gain hands-on construction experience, learn how to maintain your home, and learn about all the different aspects of homeownership.

Learn more about the qualifications for our Homeownership Program below. We are currently not accepting applications. You can sign up to be notified about upcoming homeowner orientation meetings and application openings here.
