Our staff, Family Selection Committee, and Family Support Committee work with Habitat Homebuyers to ensure they are financially ready for homeownership. Future Homebuyers are also equipped with important information about home maintenance, insurance, taxes, and more. Through our homeownership program, you will gain hands-on construction experience, learn how to maintain your home, and learn about all the different aspects of homeownership. #### Qualifications #### 1. Need A.  Inadequate housing, substandard or unaffordable. B. Must live in Josephine County and be willing to live in Grants Pass. C. Ability to pay A. Ability to pay a monthly mortgage payment.   #### 3. Willingness to partner A. Complete 150 hours of sweat equity per adult over 18 years of age, with a family maximum of 500 hours.  B. Responsible for maintenance and repairs on a new home after move in.  C.
