This committee is responsible for providing Habitat homebuyers and prospective homebuyers with a mutual support system, education opportunities, and a forum of discussions pertaining to homeownership and maintenance, all for the purpose of helping families to become independent.

The task to be directed by this committee shall include, but not limited to, obtaining house plans, soliciting professional help and donations of building materials, coordinating volunteers, and supervising construction.

The task to be coordinated by this committee shall include, but not limited to, fund-raising campaigns, grant proposal writing, special fund-raising events, and cultivation, solicitation, and recruiting of major donors.
This committee is responsible for educating and informing the public regarding the mission and purpose of the organization, the need for better and more affordable housing. The task to be coordinated by this committee shall include, but not limited to, public speaking, communicating with news media, and publishing of a periodic newsletter.
