Qualifications
1. Need
A. Inadequate housing, substandard or unaffordable.
B. Must live in Josephine County and be willing to live in Grants Pass.
C. Total income between 50%-80% of the Josephine County median income using the 2021 HUD figures:

2. Ability to pay
A. Ability to pay a monthly mortgage payment.
3. Willingness to partner
A. Complete 150 hours of sweat equity per adult over 18 years of age, with a family maximum of 500 hours.
B. Responsible for maintenance and repairs on a new home after move in.
C. Complete financial counseling and household maintenance education.
