Own a home with
an affordable mortgage
Grants Pass Area Habitat for Humanity partners with individuals and families to build a place to call home. As a Habitat Homebuyer, you can purchase a low-interest mortgage with affordable monthly payments. Our staff, Family Selection Committee, and Family Support Committee work with Habitat Homebuyers to ensure they are financially ready for homeownership. Future Homebuyers are also equipped with important information about home maintenance, insurance, taxes, and more.
